I am a Colorado-based home designer who creates inviting, comfortable living spaces. For me, design is all about people and how they live. While aesthetics are important, creating a functional, livable, and cozy space is the most crucial aspect. I believe that a home should be your favorite place, a sanctuary that promotes togetherness and reflects your personal style.
My specialty as a designer is to narrate a story through unique accents and curated moments. I bring my impeccable taste and professional expertise to each project and work closely with my clients to bring their vision to life in a cohesive and well-designed way.
Marguerite Stastny
As Design Operations Manager for Pine Creek Group, Katelyn ensures every design detail flows seamlessly from concept to completion. She manages the full scope of procurement and logistics—including ordering, tracking, and coordinating design finishes—while also serving as a key liaison between clients, designers, and trade professionals.
With a background in real estate transaction management and experience running her own virtual assistant business, Katelyn brings a strong foundation in organization, communication, and client service to the design world. Her ability to balance precision with personal connection makes her an essential part of the Pine Creek Group team. Outside of work, Katelyn is a proud wife and busy mom to four energetic boys, thriving in both her professional and personal roles with heart and hustle.
Katelyn Vinzant
Originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota, Jessa brings a grounded, nature-inspired perspective to every project she touches. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and Design from Colorado State University, where her passion for thoughtful, human-centered design took root.
Influenced by the serene landscapes of the Black Hills and Rockies, Jessa’s approach to design is calm, intentional, and deeply personal. She believes that residential spaces should be a true reflection of the people who live in them—places of comfort, functionality, and individuality.
Jessa is especially passionate about the role of finishes, color, and texture in shaping the mood and atmosphere of a home. She sees these elements not just as aesthetic choices, but as tools to evoke emotion, foster well-being, and support a strong sense of identity.
